I've never before been moved to write a review on Google. Like many others have written, I was astounded with the professionalism, kindness, and clear expertise of the owner. He set aside the Cartier watch he had completely taken apart to replace the battery of my cheaper watch on the spot. And with a batter he said would last much longer than its initial one. He charged only ten quid and I was out of there in less than ten minutes. Amazing and expert service that deserves to be supported.

Stay away! They said repair would cost GBP 10. They charged 45, and they essentially ruined the bracelet with their „repair”. Dishonest and terrible quality!

He also helped put back the fallen logo on my watch at no extra cost (he told me he always just fixes things he noticed). Very happy with the experience, and plan to stick here for all future issues. The best. Went here today thinking my watch battery had died and to request a new battery be fitted - the repairer in the shop took a look at the watch and pointed out I'd inadvertently pulled out the winder and that's why my watch had stopped. He cheerfully reset time for me and no purchase was needed. Very decent and I'll definitely return when I do need a battery and will be recommending to anyone who needs a repair.
