What do you want from a club like this? Nice friendly people, great instruction and something that works. Brian's group has it all. And we are particularly fortunate to have someone of Brian's experience. He's obviously been perfecting his explanations over years and is able to make tricky things simple and the simple things fun.

Brian is an excellent teacher who covers both the body mechanics of Tai Chi and energy movement. The former is particularly useful if it takes you a little while to connect with Chi. Highly Recommended.
Brian is a fantastic teacher. He provides a friendly and supportive environment where he communicates clearly, using a variety of methods to suit each student. Brian has some great tools for showing you what 'feeling' you are looking for in a movement, and I find that each time I have mastered something, Brian is able to help me move onto the next level. I have been studying Qigong and Tai Chi with Brian for nearly 2 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed every lesson, without exception!
I have been learning with Brian for over 10 years and have always had more to learn. The knowledge and material in these classes is not only the real deal, but taught in a way that works best for each individual person there. If you want to learn real tai chi or qigong and not just a pretty, slow dance, then give Energy Works a try!
