I ordered 4 Goodyear tyres through Black Circles and selected Barry Wilkinson Tyre & Exhaust as my fitting centre. I arrived on-time for my appointment and left my car with them. Received a phone call 2hrs later that my tyres had not been delivered. Technically not the garages fault but frustrating it took 2hrs for them to realise. I re-arranged another appointment a week later and left my car again. 3hrs later I receive a phone call advising my tyres had been fitted but they were struggling to fit my newly refurbed wheels on the car. I was told my allocated 1hr fitting slot had expired and they were too busy to spend any more time on my car. I returned to the garage to find my car abandoned with the wheels, nuts and caps scattered around the workshop. I helped to fit my old wheels back on and put my new wheels in the back of the car and left. The following day I easily fitted the new wheels to the car myself and went for a drive. I instantly noticed severe vibration throughout the car at motorway speeds. I promptly returned to the garage for the balancing to be checked. After waiting for 15 minutes I was advised to 'try that out' and offered no explanation to the work carried out as 'the other bloke did it'. Whilst driving home it was apparent that nothing had been done as the vibration was still present. By this point I had lost all confidence in the workmanship and service of the garage a refused to return. The following morning I went to a different garage and paid for the balancing to be checked. He confirmed, as expected, that the balancing was out by 10-15g on all 4 wheels! Once corrected the car drove perfectly with no vibrations at all. So after 3 visits to this garage they were unable to successfully fit a set tyres. The garage has clearly not got fully trained capable staff and with unprofessional customer service this really is a place to avoid! There are many other tyre garages around, don't risk it here, go elsewhere.

So I return to discuss the state my tyres returned as. Not only was the worker threatening and abusive to me he has made my 11 year old son cry. What a horrible bully.

Very recommended. Never had issues with these guys so that is why I'm coming back if I need to. I wish i wouldn't need to tho. But these guys know what they doing Thank you
