Very quiet and private. Not many people use it. It's an honesty box policy, 6 quid for 1 rod, 9 quid for 2. Very clean, and nice to see the wildlife around the place. Very well stocked with silvers, barbel, carp and I'm told tench and perch. Get constant bites. Never failed to catch here.

Been twice we got recommended the fishery all I can say myself and my mate were totally disappointed each time we went people were leaving after 3 or 4 hours fishless we were the same 2 visits not one bite

My first visit to this fishery today. a beautiful, well maintained \haven\. Excellent, well spaced pegs giving every fisherman plenty of space. The day proved slow for catch but not without incident. Managed to stupidly get my rig snagged on the far bank which resulted in top kit kissing goodbye to the rest of the pole. \ oh *%& \ . Lucky for me the bailiff, who is a very knowledgeable, well informed and very helpful guy, was walking the pegs. He explained that the boat was out of action but took my 'phone number to ring me when my sections were retrieved ----- great. i carried on fishing with my reserve pole. Low and behold he reappeared with chest waders and walking pole, waded across and rescued my top 2 . What a man, what service and all for a mere six quid a day. Top marks for the fishery , quality of water and fish and top plus marks for the bailiff. Can't thank him enough. As said, this was my first visit but will certainly NOT be my last. Many, many thanks.

Brilliant day out ,well worth having a day there, hope to go back there in a couple of weeks.
