I would like to say thank you so much for everything you have done for Molly, my special girl was with people who genuinely do care and was treated with dignity and respect. Your personal service, support and compassion made me feel that my girl was truly looked after on her final journey. Today i picked Molly up and was presented with a beautiful woodlands box with her name on, the personal touches inside were so beautiful and thoughtful it was very emotional. Special thanks to Hayley, your kind words and support over the past week have held me together, and Gemma who handed my baby to me today, we shared a few tears together, i won't ever forget your tender loving care for Molly bless you both.

Got our lovely girl Molly back today , I would like to say a very special thank you with the care and compassion for our lovely girl . How beautiful she came back to us in the casket and a card explaining that its only Molly who was individually cremated many thanks for the service you provided . Many thanks

Sadly this is my 2nd visit here this year after losing both my dogs to old age. Both times we received great service from the staff. Can't recommend highly enough.
