Placed 2 orders . I cancelled one still waiting for refund , and still waiting for the 2nd order to be supplied. UPDATE 3 weeks later I was told by them that they no longer stocked the product that I was waiting for. Still waiting for a refund to be issued. I have now contacted the credit card company that I paid for the goods to request a claim back

Just spend halve hour trying to order 4 X 5litres M2 orange solvent . 286 order but website won't let me do it . Complained to female on other end of the phone but after 3 efforts trying have given up so am looking online for new suppliers . When I asked female staff to take payment over the phone so as to get order in . She said no she can't take payment over the phone ..I thought that after halve an hour of trying , I would get a better more helpful response . But not off this staff member . If I find another supplier I won't be ordering here any more . I also found that if you shop around for equipment that they supply here , you can buy much cheaper . I asked for a prochem hand tool and it was 25 percent dearer here . And when I asked staff if they could do a price match they said no . Needless to say I ordered somewhere else and saved over 50 so shop around if you want to save money !! Ron

Completely let down by this company. Ordered product especially for a important job the following monday. Delivery charge was for next day delivery. Delivery never turned up and apparently the delivery company attempted delivery on Thursday but never left a card (apparently this is common, ive never experienced that ever!) So i missed delivery and was told i can go on 70mile round trip to collect or i can have it delivered on the day im not in on monday, VERY HELPFUL. So ill miss that too. I asked at point of ordering for it to be left in safe place which was ignored. Speaking to the company was pointless. I asked for a refund on the delivery charge and was refused. I suggest you source a new courier! This has now effected my job i had booked in. Very let down
