I recently attended a Life and Soul Goals one day creative workshop and it was excellent. Sara confidently guided us through the creative group activities, the whole experience is really enjoyable and it was great to share the findings in a small and friendly group. The creative processes used are really powerful and connect you to a place of deep wisdom where you can access new insights and inner knowledge. The workshops are held in the Lincolnshire Wolds surrounded by beautiful countryside and you feel very welcomed and relaxed from beginning to end. I had never done any creative work before this, I found it positively opened up my mind and released hidden potential within......and it was also fun and easy to do! Thank you Sara I will be attending again very soon.....I can’t wait.

I have attended several of Sara's Life and Soul Goals workshops and love her fun and creative way of doing exercises, that provoke self reflection and understanding of self, plus her knowledge on action to take to move forward. I also love the team atmosphere created by the small group, which is bonding and supportive. A lovely way to spend time being creative, and working on your self development, something which is beneficial for us all to do. Looking forward to the next one.

Tired from two kids under 5, this place was a beautiful oasis for me. Meadow View was a fabulous place for taking time out from my busy schedule to recharge my batteries and creatively re-connect with what really matters. It gave me the brainspace to consider what I wanted for myself in the future.
