I used Gerard's service at Life Coach Associates for careers direction advice, but I received so much more. Certainly I received a professional and holistic approach to working through my career issues, but I also received sound emotional coaching too. I had tough personal circumstances at the time and I suspect Gerard knew what I needed, in terms of help, before I did. I think this speaks volumes for the care and attention paid to each individual, but also the depth and breadth of services offered. I have known Gerard at Life Coach Associates for many years. We first met at a Networking Meeting and struck up a great business relationship which developed into a good friendship too. He has helped me through all sorts of interesting times with my business and I have helped him with all his online / web / app requirements. Gerard is patient, thorough and gets to the point. Highly recommendable.
When I moved to Kent a few years ago, meeting Gerard created an opportunity for me to review where my business was and where it was going. I met Gerard at a networking event and we had common links with our corporate backgrounds and I felt he could really help me. We worked on my business goals and he is very passionate about the importance of business planning (even as a sole trader). Our sessions was insightful and very beneficial to the steps I then took with my business. I have since recommended him to other local businesses who have also benefited from working with him.
I spent some time with Gerard when i was having a tough time in my work life after receiving a promotion i didn't feel i was quite ready for. During our time i was given tools to help with my confidence in business situations which had a positive knock on effect in my personal life.
