We have had our new Horizon telephone system installed today by Richard. Fantastic engineer, very polite and happy to help. No down time on our telephones. professional set up and very tidy. Thanks Richard for your great work.

Truly awful customer service. They changed the functionality of our phone system mid contract so we couldn't change our own answerphone message (to make more money out of us) and then tried to charge us 500 to change our message when Covid hit, which was mercenary to say the least. Lots of hidden costs with phone hire and insurance and even when we complained and cancelled the contract (we had to wait five years...) we found out that the hire contract and the phone contract were on different dates so are stuck with the phones for a further three months after the contract has ended. Awful communication, poor service, corporate, bureaucratic and unhelpful.

It's early days into our contract with Lily Comms, but so far so good. Installation and set up has gone smoothly. Their flexibility with dates and pushing things through to meet our needs has been excellent. Everyone we've dealt with from Paul in Sales, to Mick, Lewis, Chris, Richard (sorry if I've missed anyone!). Even Ryan Rodgers hasn't been half bad. Genuinely a great team. We joined Lily after 10 years with our old supplier, and took a lot for us to decide to make the jump - but pleased we have. Will definitely be looking at HaaS and business mobiles in the coming months. Keep up the good work!!
