I went to the shop yesterday (21/09/2020) and found the staff very welcoming and helpful. They helped me get exactly what i was after and let me look at a range of air weapons in my price range. Thanks will definitely visit again
Well I thought some of these reviews were a little harsh and as it was my local airgun shop I would still give them a try,wish I didn't bother,went in, asked if I could look around,reply if you must! I had gone with 600-700 quid to spend, when I had seen a gun I liked, the guy told me every gun was sold and could I leave! So went to forest lodge guns at wragby and got 1st class service and left with what I wanted. So yes the reviews are correct.
I've bought several rifles and pistols etc, the last time I went, before lockdown, they were just getting in their car to go on holiday. They unlocked the shop( no quick task) and allowed my friend and I to browse for 20 mins before I spent several hundred pounds. I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I've also found in past dealings the gentleman can be a bit brash! His wife is definitely more patient but that said I think they are a good shop and well priced.
Absolute joke, second hand air rifle sold as new, after complaint, return and refund request he changes the stock for new and sends it back. He should be kept in cage, barking mad and rude old git. Save yourself a grief and go somewhere else, even if it’s few quid more expensive. Seriously it is my worst customer service experience in my whole life.
