I absolutely love my Harold Pinchbeck watch. The watchmaker was very helpful in helping me choose my watch and the various options that I could have on it. I have had it for 3 years now and it is still keeping very good time - it is one of my favourites from my collection. I highly recommend this company!

Dear all - my HP watch stoped several times - the service that I received was not up to standard at all - I had top to send the watch to UK several times and they even suggested several times that I should pay for fixing the watch - conclusion: be careful in buying watches from this company - they have a slick web page - but they do not deliver on their promises - best Jens R. Harold Pinchbeck create magnificent watches for a very competitive price. If you buy a Pinchbeck watch you are receiving something built with true care and attention put into every single watch. You could spend 10 times more with one of the many boring international brands, but you would receive a product far less special than a Pinchbeck. I love my Harold Pinchbeck watch, and when my parents surprised me with one following my graduation I couldn't have been happier or more shocked. From what they told me, Paul Pinchbeck was extremely helpful in putting together the order and managed to turn it around in a very short space of time. Last thing: the Pinchbeck isn't my first automatic watch, but it keeps time far better than my other automatic.
I have sent my Harold Pinchbeck watch back for repair twice now within the 5 year warranty period. Both times I have had no explanation about the issue or what was done while they had the watch. The second time I sent it back because the winder fell out of the watch. The only contact I received from Harold Pinchbeck was an email remarking solely on the fact that my watch needed cleaning. I've just received the watch back, with no note, call or email and it still doesn't work! Very disappointing. The watch quality and customer service levels are very low in my experience I'm afraid. This is made worse by the fact that the watch was a gift, so it's highly embarrassing for all parties involved.
