I booked to see Ishu after suffering many years with Vertigo issues. After a very thorough history taking the treatment began with manipulation of my neck and upper spine. After only 3 sessions my symptoms have eased and I have much less lightheadedness and the exercises given help immensely. I would definitely recommend this lovely and very kind and knowledgeable lady. Thank you Ishu.

I had a gardening injury. I asked for Ishu's help. I visited her centre. The place look very comfortable and inviting. It has a soothing feel. She examined to assess me and manipulated my hip. I heard a click and I was very very worried. She asked me to stand up. I was so scared. I took my first step. Pain was minimal. I could walk without the wobble. The whole experience was excellent. I have had follow up appointments to check that all is going well and as planned. She is a fantastic physio. She knows what she is doing and is very professional. Thank you Ishu.

I went to see Ishu, unable to walk without pain because of problems with my neck. After one session the relief was enormous and after three sessions I was able to walk without any problems. Not only did Ishu work miracles she explained in layman's terms what was wrong with me and what she was doing to alleviate the condition. Furthermore she has provided me with a series of exercises which are ensuring my symptoms are kept under control. The improvement in my quality of life is tremendous and I cannot thank nor praise Ishu highly enough.

Ishu treated my late husband Michael in his last playing season of golf. The work she did on him was amazing and kept him playing all season. She is the only person who has been able to do this. We turned up one Sunday at the club and Michael was unable to play with his back pain she took him to one side worked on him,taped him up and he won.He thought the world of Ishu and was grateful for her attention and kindness .

Posting on behalf of my Mum ‘After 4 weeks of being in agonising pain with no relief from strong pain killers for bursitis, my daughter arrange an appointment with Ishu. At the first assessment and consultation, Ishu promised she could improve my pain by 25%. The next day she was right! Ishu telephoned me and I couldn’t believe it, but for the first time in 4 weeks I started to feel more human and in less pain. 2 weeks later and after 6 treatments I could walk again pain free.
