Pleased to see good reviews, but I was disappointed with my dealings. I was looking to purchase a new RX. I was given many reasons why I couldn’t have a discount on vehicle mainly as any discount is used to subsidise the pcp interest rate 1.9% and that was where any available discount was. Went to my usual Lexus dealer and received a 12% discount went ahead and purchased vehicle. Lincoln contacted me after about purchasing a vehicle off them when I mentioned the deal I had received there answer was we could have matched that.

Called them once to get some details regarding hybrid system warranty on my Lexus, I was pointed from one person to another for good 15 minutes, but in the end no one knew the answer to questions I asked. They promised to call me back the next day, never did. Very disappointing compared to the usual outstanding Lexus customer service. On the other hand they were fairly polite and friendly, so not entirely negative experience.

Listers Lexus Lincoln did an amazing job helping us with the purchase of my car. After purchasing vehicles from listers for many years now we have had nothing but great customer service. All of the staff go above and beyond to help and the click and collect service is great considering the COVID restrictions in place. The finance managers did a great job explaining all the options available especially the Senior Retail Manager Matthew. The car is a dream and I would recommend the NX to anyone.
