Useless to anyone coming out of town to look and/or purchase a vehicle, due to the owner not being around (on a Tuesday at 2pm) the website says to call to arrange viewings for Saturday and Sundays only, nothing about weekdays. Called the office whilst we were there and an hour to an hour and half later, still no answer or call back. There was no information on the answer machine, no sign on the door to let customers know when or if they'd be returning. As a business owner myself, I believe your standards of customer service is below average. As a business you need to provide alternative methods of contact and communication for both public and trade. The current time is 5pm, still no effort to reply or call back. If you want to call back eventually, my number will be on your call machine more than once, ending in 247.

I travelled up from london 175 miles to see a van that wasn’t there. I had arranged it with them. Total waste of time. Only given them one star because there is no option to give zero.

Most of the time I expect too much from things and end up disappointed..this was one of the rear occasions where the job I had done surpassed what I was expecting. An absolutely amazing job done on a Kombi conversation of my LWB T6.. honestly love it
