Excellent Service, Paul was thorough and prompt and clearly explained his charges in detail BEFORE taking on my job, which was refreshing in itself! Came out to my house and repaired our Washing machine at a very sensible price with no hidden extras. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

Several calls and messages and no reply whatsoever. No call, no reply, not even a text reply. No excuse for not being courteous, even if a company is busy. Imagine if your appliance needed a part? Never again. After reading my review the company now claims all calls and texts are answered. Really? That isn’t my experience and customers in Lincoln are entitled to share their experience, whether you like it or not.
