I completely agree with Gail Barkworth, elderly people are easily confused with forms etc... so do need a bit of help for filling them in, and housebound people also need time to fill in forms, and get someone to get them back to you, 3 postal days is NOT enough time for people to get their forms back to yourselves. I am sorry to say that your current system is not elderly friendly, if this is standard practise!!!

IT SAYS YOU ARE OPEN 24 HOURS, CAME TO YOUR ADDRESS YESTERDAY WITH PAPER WORK TO FIND YOU WERE CLOSED, AND NO MAIL BOX FOR US TO POST FORMS THAT YOU WANTED IN FOR TODAY, SO FORMS HAVE BEEN POSTED IN THE ROYAL MAIL BOX JUST BY YOUR DOOR. MAYBE YOU COULD GIVE PEOPLE THAT ARE AT A MATURE AGE A BIT MORE TIME SO THEY CAN GET HELP TO FILL IN THE FORMS, AS SOME OF US THAT HELP HAVE FULL TIME JOBS AND ONLY HAVE WEEKENDS. THANKS.
