I am a third year student and am very pleased to have chosen to live here in my final year. The whole building and rooms are very modern making the atmosphere feel very homely. All staff members are very friendly and help with any problem you have. I would definitely recommend St Marks to any Lincoln university student looking for a place to live.

I’ve lived here for the past year and have renewed my contract for next. It’s a lovely place to live with helpful and understanding landlords. The building is equipped with most things including a small gym so is perfect for every day life. The location is great and so easy to get into town too! Love it here
I love the modern design of St Mark, especially the colour scheme, it makes a change from the typical dull uni accommodation. The staff are lovely and always happy to help with anything, and the accommodation team also host various events throughout the year, which is definitely an added bonus! Despite limited parcel collection times, I would definitely stay at St Marks again, if not for the homely feel, definitely for the location! - In the heart of the city and on the doorstep of the uni, perfect if you’re not a morning person, like myself!
Wonderful Private Accommodation 5/5 I love living here!!! Really shocked to read a bad review about this awesome place to live!! :( Can't please everyone I suppose - maybe he needs to see what else is on offer in Lincoln in comparison!! We have never had problem with the internet and we love the Katherine and her team!! I've not heard of another accommodation that gives us free hot chocolate when Uni is cancelled and it's snowing! If I wasn't in my third year I would stay here another year!! (or forever !!)
This is my first year in St Mark's Apartments, and I have enjoyed my time here more that I imagined. The staff team are second to none - a delightful bunch of people who are more than happy to chat and help should it be required. The facilities are kept very clean , and there is a fantastic maintenance team who are on hand to make any repairs in your room. The rooms are superb - comfortable and plenty of storage space. I'm looking forward to staying here further, and can highly recommend this accommodation!
