I am an NHS patient at this practice. Sunday evening,I lost part of a tooth/filling. Monday morning, I telephoned reception, and was told to await a call back from the 'triage' dentist. One hour later, the dentist called and (having discussed the problem) offered me an appointment in an hour's time. One hour later, I was at the surgery, and 30 minutes after that walked out with a new filling in place. Could not possibly ask for better service and dental care - especially in these Covid times. All Covid-related procedures were immaculately carried out - instilling complete confidence. Hugely grateful to all involved in this most caring and professional organisation.
I had my invisiline with Dr. Krish Mistry, from my first consultation I felt at ease and everything was explained thoroughly. I had just my bottom teeth which unfortunately a tooth was that far back it was catching on my top teeth so this was causing irritation and for me I could also see it in the mirror so it was effecting me. Now I feel like me again. I was also whitening towards the end of the process which was great!! Due to the coronavirus it took a bit longer but Dr.Krish kept in touch via zoom call to check my progression. I would recommended Dr. Krish to anyone who is wanting any dental treatment. 5 stars!!! Thankyou again.
I have always been really scared of going to the dentist and on top of this I have had some quite serious gum issues meaning my teeth had started to fall out at a young age. I have had 6 months worth of treatment. Dr Kapil is an absolute star and specialised in my particular issue...... I'm now at the end of treatment, and I have been treated with dignity, respect and a genuine care from Dr Kapil, it didn't hurt at all.......Best of all he's managed to save my teeth. Thank you so much for saving my smile xxx
I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from West Parade Dental Practice. In particular, I was very well looked after during my Invisalign treatment and have been delighted with the results. I would happily recommend Amarinder, Jane and the team.
