I really enjoyed my experience at Smith and Western. I had yummy pig ribs and they were delicious! I went for the Buckaroo menu which is for under 12s. I also loved the cowboy theme! It made me feel excited on the inside. It was so much fun! My whole family enjoyed it. I even bought a cowboy my own Cowboy hat!

The burgers and sides were absolutely amazing - I am embarrassed to say we just couldn't stop eating although we definitely over-ordered. It was the last week of the Eat out to help out scheme and the place was packed to the brim. Still, it felt comfortable, covid precautions were followed and explained to us very clearly, toilets were very clean. The most impressive thing about this place were the staff - tirelessly cheerful, polite and attentive. Everyone had a different role and they seemed to be trained very well to know exactly what to say, how to carry the big trays of food and how to sing a happy birthday and make fuss around children to make their visit special. Our hats off to staff and management.
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal there, and this despite the place being really busy. Service was great and nothing was missed, all staff seemed to be working really well together. Special mention to Francesca who looked after our table- impeccable and friendly service despite being run off her feet. Look forward to returning
