Poor service, called up to try and speak to the sales department and was held in a queue for 10 minutes to then be told "nobody can take your call at the moment, goodbye". Anyway, no need to worry, much easier to get through to Holden Honda in Norwich.

Fantastic. These guys got me an excellent deal on a 2017 Hyundai Tucson 1.7 CRDi Sport Edition. Paul Emery is the guy to go to. Helpful, True to his word and a great all round bloke - top man . On my previous vehicle, I had a really bad buying experience and terrible customer "couldn't care" with a well know dealership in Lowestoft (As much as I'd like to name and shame I can't for legal implications!) so naturally I was a bit wary of stepping into a car show room again. Paul took this on board and I know that any problems I have he's a phone call or e-mail away. In fact, the whole team are a great bunch. Go check them out for yourselves. **** FOOT NOTE **** Paul Emery is a fellow musician (I'm a vocalist) - He's a drummer and contrary to popular belief, Drummers don't just hit things and snarl a lot, They are very nice people too!!!

If you want a Honda then look no further, Mark Mills is your man! He went out of his way to sell me a Civic and did everything he said he would do. I live 200 miles away and it was worth the travel. Showroom is great, staff are great and Lings Honda should be really proud of Mark. Excellent business, excellent staff, easy purchase process, do everything they say they will do. True, honest, reliable salesmanship. Thank you and I hope to see you again in a few years for my next Honda!
