Had a messy laser printer that was printing very badly and not picking up the paper from the tray. Called several local supposed specialists and nobody would offer to help (i.e. not interested). Called Link Office Supplies and spoke with Neil who was only too pleased to help. He gave me a fixed price service option which was very reasonable and booked to come out the next day. Fixed our problem quickly and efficiently and then found issues with our printer rollers not picking up the paper. He gave a me a reasonable price to replace and got straight on with it. My staff found Neil extremely pleasant and hard working. He even complimented their excellent tea making skills which made her day! Would definitely use Link Office Supplies again.
