Undeserving of a 1star but can’t go any lower. Picked up my TV 35 collected after someone showed up phoned me asking me to bring tv out to him, insisted I was unable to detach tv myself. We charge 35 to inspect a TV for repair.( Make sure your tv is checked when they show up at your home) This is payable on collection and is deducted off the estimate to repair if you decide to proceed. Came back with TV is beyond economical repair. Even asked me if I want Tv returned or disposed off by them. Went by review to contact them. Mistake. Husband said I was just in a hurry to get tv checked and obviously been conned. My gut feeling is I have been conned and very unhappy it. I will not be recommending.

I can't recommend this company enough. They came out to collect my rather large plasma screen after a knowledgeable diagnosis over the phone, and left me with a lone screen while they fixed it. The repair took around 5 days to complete, then they even returned it, set it up, and hung it back on the wall. Very polite, courteous and certainly know their trade. Overall experience was very good. Thanks Linwood Electronics.
