Just wanted to say what fantastic customer service I have had. A necklace I ordered for my wife became slightly blemished and lost its colour and a replacement was dispatched plus an extra charm for free that we were willing to pay for. Will certainly use you again.

How helpful is this company - 5** Customer Service . I contacted Lisa Angel as my necklace had a spelling error , they sent me a new necklace on a priority delivery asap! Excellent customer service and the products are beautiful - we will be back to buy more

What a lovely company!! I bought a few Christmas presents this year from Lisa Angel from their beautiful arrray of stock. One item I ordered arrived slightly different to what I had expected. Through no fault of Lisa Angel; just my Christmas muddled brain. But I contacted Lisa Angel and it was so refreshing to deal with such friendly, helpful, polite customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, there was no issue and they were even able to accommodate my request at no extra cost! I simply posted it back to them (free of charge I might add), they have amended the order and it's being dispatched as a priority order so I receive it in time for Christmas!! Thank you so much for all your time, effort and help! Lisa Angel will definitely be a new regular shop!! ️

My friend sent me a personalised bracelet recently but the charms fell off a couple of times and I ended up losing them. I contacted Lisa Angel to ask about buying replacements and they sent me a new bracelet free of charge! Excellent customer service and the products are lovely. Lisa's rock!!!!
