I had the pleasure of visiting Lisa today for a treatment and it was incredible. Although it may seem a bit expensive (and I did have to save hard to afford it), I felt like it was worth every single penny. Lisa was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Tucked away in her beautiful clinic, Lisa made me feel comfortable and also hopeful that I could achieve healthier skin through simple steps. I left feeling so relaxed and like my skin had been properly taken care of. Lisa was an absolute dream and I would highly highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! I would be there every day if I could.

I simply wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. In the year or so that I have been going to see Lisa, my eczema-prone, aggravated and sensitive skin has been transformed; it has never been so healthy or looked so good. I can't recommend Lisa and her lovely team highly enough, it's a wonderful environment to spend an hour or two of peace.

A bit of an odd experience; when you arrive you need to be buzzed in and go up three flights of stairs in a slightly run down shared office building. I didn’t really rate the facilities. I’ve been to a number of day spas and clinics in this area and you can do better at this price point. You get changed and people from other buildings can see you from their windows! It wasn’t a relaxing experience as the room I was in didn’t have full curtains, so there was a lot of light the whole time. The therapist left her phone on loud in the room as well, which went off about 4 times. Then I was told that my skin was congested (one of the main reasons I went), but the steamer wasn’t on long enough to effectively open the pores so when I got home and looked properly I can see that the therapist hasn’t actually done the extractions properly. I will get a ton of spots over the next few days as she’s just aggravated my skin. The main reason I am writing this review though was the sour taste left at the end when the therapist sat me down after the treatment and tried to sell the whole product line to me. I’m sure this is a management decision and not her own, but hardly a great way to end the treatment. I would expect a gentle push on one or two products but explaining each of the 7 products in detail is just awkward. When it became clear I didn’t want to spend 100 on one product without sampling it, they couldn’t have me out fast enough. I understand that you get some snottiness in this area, but normally the treatment and service make it worth it. I just left feeling like I’d wasted my money.
