1 Star review! Ordered up part 2 months ago, called company after around 3 weeks and was assured part would arrive within the week, guess what? No part yet. Now when I call he phone is not answered, to be fair chap has tried to call me once and emailed once! Some service, now in the process of reporting company and seeking money back for lack of goods and service ️ To be fair wishing I had read other reviews before I entertained using their site.

I should point out I am not a golfer, however I purchased a refurbished Golf Glider trolley to carry my fishing gear. Delivery was a little slow however once the trolley arrived I could see why as the refurbishment was excellent! Very pleased!

First class service! Bought a Powakaddy controller online which turned out not to be the problem with my trolley. Emailed them and recieved a call back from Ed who helped me figure out the problem. Long story short - correct part was sorted and refund issued for the difference so would recommend!

I ordered a part for my MoCad trolley and the website says next day shipping, a week later I contacted them to chase my order and they replied saying the stock was coming in today and will dispatch tomorrow. They never contacted me to say no stock so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I did get the refund but really I wanted a good service. If you don't have stock inform your customer.
