I had a Warmflow boiler fitted to replace my old one (not a Warmflow) which was still serving me well after 25 years. I was advised that a condenser boiler would be more economical. It didn’t turn out to be so in my experience. Worse still it lasted less than 6 years and broke down just over a week before Christmas. A well qualified local engineer confirmed to me that it needed replaced. I am 81 years old and suffer from a chronic neurological condition which meant the replacement was urgently required. It was probably just outside the 5 year guarantee but felt I had a grievance and contacted Warmflow. They advised me to get my engineer to clean it. He did but this only confirmed his initial opinion. I contacted Warmflow with this information but their representative’s take it or leave it, begrudging offer of further assistance in my circumstances was less than satisfactory to me. It meant waiting and having no heat for too long with little or no assurance of financial or other gesture on offer. I wished their rep a happy Christmas and decided I will never buy a Warmflow boiler again. My new Grant boiler will, hopefully, arrive and be fitted tomorrow.

Phoned for a boiler service in August. Told it would be 5-6 weeks for some reason? ( People wating since March?) Phoned today to be told they didn't know if or when it might happen. (don't do Winter services?). Only interested in big bucks sales and little interest in after care? Used to hold the company in good regard. Disappointed, to say the least. Best to be honest and say, \we don't do boiler servicing

I have owened my new build for 2 years. Within 2 months we had our first boiler break down. I payed for a service which seemed to fix it for a while. 1 Year in we had a full boiler breakdown just 3 weeks after a service. I put my foot down and warmflow \fixed\ it free of charge. 2nd year now and guess what... Boiler has broken down again. Warmflow are trying to charge me to fix it today. What sort of cowboy company produces boilers that break down every year from new? WARMFLOW DOES. Staff on the phone are about as useless as their boilers. I have a 2 year old and a pregnant wife at home freezing. Do the right thing and finally admit you should give me a new boiler. Otherwise you'll be hearing from my solicitor.

Phoned for an initial enquiry today and guy on phone was so rude that i decided to just leave it. Im now reading all the negative reviews and am not surprised. Why spend money on tv adverts when you’ve poorly trained staff answering the phone?
