Had an incredible experience at Window to the Womb. Went for my wellness and gender scan and they were so informative and friendly. All staff were so warm and inviting, the place was so clean, plenty of sanitizer sitting about and you get a temperature check as you go in. Absolutely no faults whatsoever, I recommend this place to all expecting mother's. Absolutely magical experience 5* rating for sure. My fiance and I were so pleased

I never leave negative reviews but if I can spare one person the experience I had then I feel it is my duty to post it! I read reviews and they were all good which is why I went but unfortunately my experience was very different.

Done a great job, clean and comfortable. We will be back for our gender scan. The receptionist was so lovely & welcoming and had a delightful wispy, Scottish tone like Mrs. Doubtfire :)

Went for an early scan not informative at all very rude and unprofessional would not recommend money grabbers stay away, response to below reply it was the other day and a woman called J Chapman.

Terrible customer service i booked for a gender reveal scan at 16 weeks as advertised online. To be told they dont scan at 16weeks also due to civud all scans had been changed to 17weeks no one contacted me to explain this i happened to check social media to see this announcement. Received horrible messages through facebook from them trying to put all blame on me and actually wording their messages to make it look like i didnt care about the over health of my baby i just wanted to find out the sex Terrible customer care wouldnt recommend them they ruined a special part of my pregnancy
