The product is good but the serving call out times are a little longer than desirable. When there is a problem with your heating or hot water you need fast efficient help, unfortunately it can often take up to a week before an engineer is available. The person in charge of booking servicing appointments could also do with some customer service training or a different role!

We had a Heritage range fitted and complete heating system. Also a fantastic Wooodwarm log burner with back boiler. The Heritage is fantastic., very efficient and easy to use. Keeps our house cosy all the time. All the work they have done has been 5-star including the servicing. I can highly recommend Heating South West. Thank you Jim and all the team.

I was looking for a new stove and was recommended heating southwest as a place to look, I wasn't disappointed ! Great range ot stoves and brilliant service along with it nothing to much trouble and really knowledgeable staff. Also large car park and really easy to find.
