Was a bit nervous going into the showroom but came out happy. The showroom was very well marked up re covid. Which made me feel safe. Steve Hemmings was so helpful, and explained everything, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

We hadn't bought a new car for nearly 10 years & it seemed a strange time to do so! However, even though we couldn't have a test drive the experience was made so easy by the extremely helpful team at Listers Coventry, especially Daniel Kingsley-Smith who talked us through everything & sent us a personal video of the car we were interested in. All the paperwork was completed on line in a very professional manner. We collected it ourselves in a socially distanced way and we are very pleased with our new car!

I purchased my second car from this dealership on Tuesday. I had the option of an early upgrade back in August 2020 but I felt the salesman at the time didn’t take any interest in my requests and I didn’t feel like a valued customer. This time around, Samantha was incredibly helpful. She showed me multiple options of cars and showed me video footage of the potential car. Overall, her customer service was second to none and I would definitely recommend looking into a new car with Samantha.

Excellent customer service from Jack Petch and his team. First time I had my car service and MOT done at SEAT Coventry and I must say it won't be the last, no problems at all thanks to Jack.
