Been here a number of times and always had a pleasant experience. The only point I'd raise is that the delivery times (in store) could be a little better. Sometimes there might be a 5-10 minute wait between getting the first and last items of your order. It would of course be better if everything was delivered to your table at once. Otherwise, always a safe bet for a good dessert shop experience.

I came to the store on Thursday and I found it quite disgusting how the manager was shouting at the front staff in front of the customers, felt so bad for them as they just kept quiet and I can only believe how uncomfortable they must of felt. Think the store needs some better management. HORRIBLE

A huge menu with a great selection few others in the display, i tried the kinder bueno cheesecake (vrey creamy and tasteful) and the white kiss milkshake (lovely light and fluffy coconut flavour). My sister had the cherry cheesecake as well a very creamy and tasteful one (would definitely order this next time). maybe would be great to open a location in Worcester too. I think it will have great success.

This place is really nice. The atmosphere is very good and beautiful. The staffs are well presented and friendly. This shop sell quality milkshakes and Desserts. First time visit and am craving for more

Can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone when I needed a few changes to be made to some of the items (milkshakes) I was getting delivered out to some of my teams for their hard work. Avoid!
