Amazing teacher in the new venue outside of St Ives. Unfortunately an awful experience with customer service. I was yelled at and mistreated for requesting a catch up in the same venue we always go. My son has special needs so he can't have a lesson in another venue as well as with someone he doesn't know. I only requested to keep the same venue as my son knows both teachers (they do parallel lessons). I requested this because the teacher had told me that there were times available and I just have to call to book a time. Instead, customer services said that I have to do it online to which I replayed that none of the options are in the same venue. Customer service didn't give any alternative or accommodate my son's special needs. When I called before to enrolled him, I mentioned all his issues and they assured me that they will accommodate his needs. At the end, I was mistreated for advocating for my son. Shameful attitude towards children with special needs. On top of it, they charged me for another month of lessons while I canceled it last month. Horrible experience with Little Aqua.
