After visiting many dealers to find our ideal first motorhome we found our complete package online at BCS Motorhomes. Phone calls about the vehicle and a visit to see it confirmed it was indeed our ideal \van\! It had all the bits and layout we'd desired. After doing the deal, without m wife even seeing it, I collected it...no test drive necessary! James did a great handover and was on hand via phone for any assistance. Its had a heating ignition issue which they've sorted out promptly and after warranty expired. All In all we are totally delighted and pleased with the service and team attitude all the way. I'd certainly recommend anyone who's interested in a motorhome to visit them. When I need to upgrade, which probably won't be for ages, I'd definitely return to them. Plus their stock is more high end with quality vehicles all stored under roof.

We just bought a 2008 Auto-Trail Tracker from Keith and the team (our first). By the time they had finished with it, it looked, and operated, as almost brand new! Keith was extremely helpful in kitting it out to our specification and made sure that every worn or broken part was replaced before we collected it. Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff (James and Helen) who care about their product, clients and company. We would definitely recommend BCS to any prospective buyer.

I first had the pleasure of dealing with this company early in the year and was hopeful to buy a Motorhome from them. Keith was great to deal with, no pressure and when sanity was in abundance prior to CV19 was left to brows without hassle. Regrettably they did not have a van with the layout we wanted and purchased elsewhere. Anyhow, for us the season was now over by mid October and we did not anticipate using the Motorhome again until late March of 2021. Not convinced that normal times would return in 2021 we weighed up the costs of having the vehicle sat in storage, hab checks, Insurance and other costs and what use we may get from it in 2021 in these times and decided we would sell. I saw BCS had a billboard on the main rd in Rochdale advertising they would buy Motorhomes, so I thought I'd give them a call to see if they were indeed interested in taking our Motorhome. They called me back asked for some pictures and spec etc and made me a more than fair offer. I called back to say I would like to take advantage of the offer they made. The service was first class, no messing me about checked the Motorhome was what I described and without further ado made prompt payment into my bank ! If I decide to buy another when normal times hopefully return, this will be first point of call with no hesitation. All who I spoke with and dealt with at all times were professional polite and honest. Many thanks to the team and best wishes to you all.
