I had the counterbalance novice course with George at Luft Training Services and was very nervous at first, after first the few hours George gave me great confidence. The facilities were excellent with free drinks, biscuits and cakes. All training was very professional and gave me great understanding for the forklift role and Health and Safety. I was recommended to use Luft Training Services and very pleased I did as I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to become a forklift operator. Succinct, informative, knowledgeable and professional you will gain insights from years of experience in the industry that will set you apart from the normal run of the mill cursory courses that just want to put you though the ticking boxes conveyer belt types of passing your license. Safety and quality are the core foundations at Luft and George installs these principles throughout the course. Only when these principles are understood, will you then go on to working on the machine itself and depending on the type you will also learn basic and fundamental servicing daily safety checks needed to make you both a safe and professional operator, putting you a cut above the rest. Both RTITB and ITSSAR accredited, this genuine family run no nonsense company are the best in the south bar none.
