Big shout out to Tracey and Natalie who both went way above and beyond throughout the whole of my tenancy. Sedda in particular always went above and beyond, her expertise and knowledge is second to none. On moving out I had an unfortunate dispute with a landlord, Sedda handled the situation seamlessly, remaining impartial yet kind and efficient yet still with a human touch.
