This company has been reported to the police for harassment. Has been harrasing us on behalf of Admiral Insurance who autorenewed a car which didn't belong to us anymore!!! You'd think they'd think about the pandemic instead of harrasing people!!! I have sent messages over and over again to say I am pregnant, shielding and don't have the car anymore and never renewed insurance in the first place!!! It's beeen a year since they've started harrassing us for bloody 157!!!!!!!

Cant justify giving them any stars at all, would like to give a minus if possible. They are absolutely shocking this company they harass you many many times daily on a number of platforms messages calls emails letters. There is just no need. Joke and cause unnecessary stress during these hard times.

A debt was given to them from Klarna as the invoice was initially meant to be paid for as a gift. The day I found out about this debt, it was paid for in full on that day. When I went to use Klarna again three months after, the debt with Klarna was saying it hadn’t been settled. I filed a formal complaint with Klarna as this breaches the FSA code of conduct. Nothing was resolved but empty promises. I went to use Klarna yesterday to buy an electric bike, even though Klarna confirmed they had received the money from Ardent (three months after payment), Ardent hadn’t updated any of the records, which is still saying with debt recovery on my Klarna account. I would file a formal complaint, but surprise... on the get in contact page, the email link is a dead link, this is another breach of code of conduct.

It turned out I had already paid this to the company when it was due (so they messed up, name-Klarna) But I have to say on calling Ardent Credit today and talking to an advisor called Matthew, who was extremely helpful and I am sure he will get to the bottom of what went wrong. I found him both helpful, patient and polite. But I could have done without it all, but that’s not his fault.

CONSTANT HARRASMENT FOR A EBAY DEBT I DONT HAVE! THEY RING MY MOBILE 5 TIMES A DAY AND NOW HAVE SOME HOW FOUND MY MOTHERS HOUSE NUMBER! THEY KEEP SAYING ITS REGARDING EBAY, ASKING FOR MY PERSONAL DETAILS BEFORE TELLING ME WHY THEY ARE CALLING OR WHAT THEY CAN DO! ARDENT CREDIT SERVICES OR DRS DO NOT RING ME AGAIN
