James from Asset came to take samples and complete the survey at a time which worked for my work commitments. He turned up on time and let me know what the sampling and survey would involve. Protective equipment was used whilst samples were being taken and spots where samples were taken were filled in afterwards. The completed lab report and full survey were sent to me in three working days and provide very useful information on where asbestos is and isn't present, and what can be done/needs to be done. Very thorough and well worth the (low) price for peace of mind.
James was a really pleasant professional guy to deal with. He was really quick and very respectful and considerate about ensuring there was minimal mess and where he tested was sealed and clean when he finished. James attended our centre at the time & date set. He spent many hours going through the building & compiled not only a first report but one that was so comprehensive it far exceeded anything we have had previously.
