Without doubt the most unprofessional company out there. Took my payment before COVID then just disappeared. Months later they have popped up again and say that under no circumstances can I have a refund even though my Son's party could not take place. Quite simply theft!

Went as a group of 3 and split a 2000 paintball package between us. Which was reasonably priced. Roughly cost us 46 each. Which was more than enough for us to have fun and last the entire day, if you're not trigger happy Fantastic layout of rounds and felt like an even balance of teams as people where leaving through out the day the Marshall's evened the odds Definitely thinking to come back again and again with friends as it was such a thrill and laugh. Plus shooting your mate in the arse on the battlefield is always a bonus
Daylight robbery is the best way I can describe it. We brought my son her with his friends for a birthday party and it was an absolute scam. We agreed a price which was affordable but when we arrived they talked the kids into all buying more balls which we got charged for! They didn't ask us permission and we had to pay over 250 for more balls on top of the hundreds we had already spent on the party. The food was freezing cold and the staff were unhelpful and it wasn't at all safe
really really misleading. They said it was close to the city centre and it cost us over 25 in a taxi from the city centre to here. There was 15 of us on a stag do so we ended up spending over 100 in taxis on the way here and 100 on the way home. Also when you got there you get hardly any balls and they charge you a fortune for more balls. It is a scam! We came all the way to Liverpool from Cardiff on a stag do and this place spoilt our weekend.
I arranged a trip here for my husbands surprise 30th birthday party with 13 of his friends. They well and truly spoilt the day and charged me DOUBLE what we had initially agreed. They charged me loads more for extra paintballs (which I didn't agree to) and they double booked so my husband and his friends had to linger round for 2 hours before they could play. It ruined what was supposed to be a really special day
