Dreadful service. All my family are patients here. I phoned on Saturday to ask for an emergency appointment because I have an abscess and was told to phone back on Monday because there was an appointment on Monday but she could not give it to me there and then. I phoned at 08.00 on Monday and was told that I would get a call back. Two and a half hours later I received a call to say that the soonest appointment they could give me was in 8 days time. Not only am I away then but did I mention that I have an abscess?! Apparently this poor service is because I am not considered to be a patient anymore because I haven't been for 3 years. At no point has anybody ever told me that I am not a patient and I'm sure that they would be happy to clear out my bank account on 24th! I'm very sure that the member of staff I spoke to on Saturday could have told me that I was no longer a patient and would not be seen for over a week. I now have to look for a reputable dentist.
