The staff were fantastic did everything to make us welcome from start to finish, even upgraded the car for us without any extra charge as they seen how much baggage we had and would be travelling with. The citronella c3 crossfire was a lovely car to drive very good on fuel as was petrol,very comfortable to. When we were returning the car after the first part of the hire and took a job at short notice as we are front line support in supper stores they easily extended the hire with no fuss whatsoever again I cant thank them enough for everything I would recommend Sixt and the Liverpool Speke team to everyone. Thank you very much all.

I've been using Sixt Rental regularly for about the last four years now and have found that it's the personal touch from members of staff which impresses me the most. They have managed to accommodate me for many reasons when I have needed to amend or cancel bookings, and have bent over backwards when I have needed bookings at short notice, for whatever reason. The cost is another important issue of course, and I find the prices are competitive, so that's another plus. If I could change anything, it would be the notifications policy, which is frustrating, because for some time now, everything comes through in German!!

Very disappointed in this service I am a good customer at this company I had a car from them the other day used it from Chester to reading and left it at the reading depo forgot to to fill it up and they charged me 3 times to price at the pump which is barbaric. And charged me for extra mileage when it was them who calculated them up for me! Robbed me of nearly 200!!

**Do not use this company** Use a company based on the airport site. Arrived at airport on time. Called the number for shuttle bus for over 45 minutes with no reply. Took Uber to Sixt office. Office closed even though it was within advertised opening hours. National customer services number unable to help. Promised managers would call back but never did. Had to take an Uber to my destination costing !!!
