Wonderful service. Really cannot ask for more. Darren, Peter, Max, Frank and the rest all really want to look after you as a customer. The end product is absolutely fabulous. The benchmark against which all similar companies should be judged. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, local company to install windows, doors, etc at a good price.

Sureseal was recemmended to us by our neighbour who has used them for years. After getting supply only quotes from other suppliers on Anglesey, Sureseal's price was far more competetive, saving us a further 10% on our lowest quote and they were more than happy to supply and deliver to us. Darren and his team supplied 2 x windows and 2 x sets of french doors, fascia's soffits, window board (cills for the inside) and full installation equipment (fascia pins, screws, spacers, explanding foam, sealants and cleaning fluids etc). Most of the items were delivered, exactly as I had ordered them, within 3 weeks of ordering, as promised. The quality of the items is excellent. A couple of items were missing but Peter at the office reassured us these would be sent out (window boards and some trim items) and this was sorted swiftly. Upon self-installing the windows we found there to be a few scratches, scuffs and small dents caused in transit, I called Peter to request a repair kit, when he advised that they would send a technician to resolve the issues. Alan, the technician, visited within 3 weeks and completed all the repairs to a high standard without any issues - I felt that this was an excellent service! I personally found all the people at Sureseal to be friendly, helpful and courteous and I would use and recommend their services to others without hesitation.
This is the 2nd time we have used Sureseal. Good communication and professional from quote to installation. Darren friendly and happy to talk anything through. Window fitters quick, polite and experienced. Highly recommend.
I have found them excellent and Darren the owner is helpful and professional to deal with at all times. I have used them before and will continue to do so. The windows all look really super, in fact this has transformed our house totally. I would highly recommend them for any window work.
Awesome company, great service/price and most people who have this type of window fitted have a slightly damaged rendering which is corrected with filler - however the fitter for my windows didn't damage any rendering at all, great attention to detail, fantastic job.
