Having an appointment I have been waiting for more than half of hour for a rabies vaccine for my cat. I am still here , waiting, while I am writing this review. I can't say anything about services cause I didn't have a chance to come in yet. But I will look for another vet in the future. I might leave anyway. Too much waiting. 40 minutes by now! Follow up: I've been waiting for 1h in the end. The doctor was nice and professional and explained me that the rabies vaccine is not mandatory in the UK. Unless you need to travel abroad with your pet. Though I can't help appreciating the prompt booking when my cat was sick 4 months ago. This is why I will give them 4 stars in the end.

The vet care is exceptional, especially Li Sheung who cared a great deal about my poorly cat and left me very reassured leaving him in their care. Laura and Alice have also been fantastic over the last couple of years since I've been taking my cat there. The only issue is the waiting times, just to get through to somebody on the phone takes anywhere between 15-30 minutes and you usually wait over an hour for an appointment.

We have been going to The Vet at Norris Green for over four years. Their overall performance as a service is exceptionally good. Caring and lovely. They recently saved our wonderful dog, too, after an adverse reaction to a bee sting, acting amazingly as well as doing great at keeping everyone safe in the pandemic. An Angel will always be with them. They are lovely to talk with & the staff are great at doing their best in the main, we have seen. Sending them all a hugest thank you & shiny day***

I had call round a few vets and could not get any one to even look at my pet but the vet kindly agreed to see him which I am very grateful for I would definitely recommend them for your little fur baby
