It was such a distressing time to lose my cat so suddenly. The woman I spoke to on the phone in Livingston was so kind and understanding. Helped explain the process and allowed me time to find the right urn for my boy. She allowed me to pay in 2 installments which helped a lot. His body was collected and returned to me within a week. I can not fault their service. The urn is beautiful and was carefully packaged with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. The letter of condolence and the certificate inside the box made a lovely touch to a heartbreaking situation. I would highly recommend this company for their kind compassionate manner in helping you deal with the death of your fur baby.

Had our boy Poe, sent to CPC. Wonderful service, Poe came back in a lovely urn, very safe and secure. Condolence card was lovely. Thanks guys, helped us loads knowing he was safe and coming home.

Service was good dealing with staff but please don't you's courier service. I was very upset at losing my pet and could not go and pick her ashes up at the same place she was put to sleep so decided to use courier service. I was told they would phone me to let me know when they were arriving as my special parcel had to be signed for only by myself. Clear instructions were on the parcel along with personal details. Instead I got no phone call and came home to find it sitting outside my front door. Very unprofessional and still not got answers as to why this happened. Anyone could have lifted it. Disgusted with APC courier service that they use. Please don't use this service.

I lost my handsome boy Perry, my best friend on the 6/1/2021,iackie from here was so helpful, when I rang for updates on my boy she was so helpful, my boy was treated with respect he deserved. He was brought back home to me on the 12/1/2021,the courier even sent me a text to let me know a time my perry was arriving home, thankyou so much for taking care of him

My beautiful boy died 5th jan 2020 he went to here for cremation i live in Northern Ireland and he hasn't come home yet I am heartbroken this is adding to my sadness Staff have been lovely but say its because of Brexit How long is it going to take to get Forms from government to let a pet part of my family home Its a total mess this Brexit Hopefully will be sorted soon
