On arrival the doors were locked, we discovered this is to enable the staff to control the number of customers in the store to patients only, and to limit walk in customers to just a couple at a time to aid physical distancing. The staff as always are very friendly and helpful, and Bryan, who served myself in the hunt for new frames was very diligent in aiding in my search, and understanding of what I was looking for; Bryan had great patience! Overall I had a smooth and great experience, that is me for another year.

Just been for an eye test at the Livingston store. The service I received was excellent from the moment I stepped into the store. Staff were constantly wiping down surfaces and wearing face coverings at all times. A safe and pleasant experience.
