I'm seeing loads of posts about the bin men! So here's another one about them!!. Few month back my bins never got emptied so phoned up and got an amazing woman who done her job and helped me out got my bins emptied, then it happened again! So I done it myself so as you all know tipping charges were apart of this, So again neither of my bins were emptied again then again and once more again!! So plenty more charges for tipping again!! I refuse to pay double for my bins to get emptied they get paid once for not doing their job then I'm paying to get this rubbish actually tipped!! My bins sit outside turned for them constantly so no reason no to empty them! Also Not contaminated either as I numerous times checked with friends family and even council members. So here's the big question???!!! WHY AREN'T THESE PAYED TO DO THEIR JOB BIN MEN, NOT EMPTYING MY UNCONTAMINATED EASY TO ACCESS BLOODY BINS????!!!!

COMPLETELY HOPELESS LAZY STAFF. Tried phone to report serious gas repair needs and nobody picked up the phone for an hour! What do we pay for? ???? Made a complaint and will see if management is more honest.
3 times WLC annoyed me today. 1st Came home from work and yet again the Brown Bin guys, have left my bin, and my neighbours, in front of my drive. Plenty room on either side to put them, but hey, if that's how they get through the day, who am I to judge. 2nd loaded up cars with black bin bags and drove to recycling centre at Livingston, only for it to be closed!! No wonder the place is a mess with fly tipping everywhere. 3rd, took dogs for a walk and the grass is so long, they won't go near it, it's alive with bees and wasps, not to mention ticks!!, not only that, it's pretty isolated down at the park area and the long grass just makes it a dreary place to be walking on your own. Well done WLC, keep putting the council tax up every year and give little back in return Probs wasting my time posting this!!
this council is a joke was told I was getting a guttering repair done in January having not heard anything I sent an e mail asking for a definitive date did not get an answer phoned today after 27 minutes finally got an operator who informed me it has been changed to the 10 of march just as well they have a captive customer base.

Bin men never empted my bins phoned up ask if they will be done for xmas as that is the bins i need as the black bin is to small nope they will not be done for xmas terrible 5 working days terrible service I hate phoning West Lothian and they gave me two bins I never asked for I had to phone because that means I would have 4 blue bins and they picked them up 2 months after me phong
Up hillside park i fell in the mud because it was that muddy even when it is sunny and has not been raining it is always still muddy stained my new shoes im so angry. The grass needs to be cut under the climing frame there could be ticks. Im so angry.
Not answering phone calls, ask you to hold for an adviser forever. Does not respect people time.
