You will find cheaper builders out there, but you will struggle to find one with the attention to detail you will get here. We were so impressed with Luke's work and professionalism that he has been employed on more than one job for us. The pictures show before and after some of the work he has done for us, they include the Porch/lobby extension; cladding the bungalow, and converting the garage, which included utilising the inspection pit into a bespoke cellar. So happy with all the works that we will definitely consider Luke for future projects.

The whole project was managed end to end by Luke including arranging for all specialist sub-contractors and sourcing all the high quality materials. He was meticulous in regards to the specification and details I required, in the planning stage, and then assured the execution was performed to plan. Apart from a couple of days when severe weather stopped construction his team were on-site to progress the project to completion without delay. Post construction, Luke has followed up with any snagging to assure complete satisfaction

We have been delighted with Luke and his team from the moment they started on our project. Luke is very approachable and listens to what you want and asks questions to understand what you are after. For example, I wanted to be consulted on a number of materials going into my build and he involved me in the selection process - from choosing 4 different types of bricks through to the roof lantern - shape, size and material! I also wanted coping stones to finish of the flat roof edge and he sourced these and brought me samples, not a mean feat given the weight of each stone. Throughout, the communication has been good, all costs transparent. The weekly invoicing and payment diary works well so you can keep on top of finances. All work has been of a high standard, including all sub-contractors and importantly reliable and tidy. Nice people too!

Luke has replaced fencing for me and also put together units, as well as correcting problems with some internal doors existing when I moved into the property. He was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend him.
