The tail end of last week I was left in a position where I needed to store furniture fairly quickly and after a brief search come upon David & Luke @ Storage Giant Llanelli. From the initial telephone conversation through to the completion both David & Luke were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. If your ever in need of storage space, give these guys a call. Reasonably Priced, Extremely Professional and genuinely Good Guys Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone !!

What an amazing place this is. This is my first time using a storage facility and I am very impressed. I took 3 units in Swansea and filled two, I wanted more storage during my move so asked for more but Swansea were full. They said there were more units in Llanelli. They allocated more units to me and also transferred my unused Swansea unit to Llanelli without any fuss. On the weekend of departure one of my locks ceased. David came into work early the next morning to drill the lock out for me as I only had a van until the end of that day. David called me by 9am to tell me he had resolved the problem. Amazing service by a great team. I recommend David and the Storage Giant team 100%

What an absolute pleasure to deal with Both Dave and Dean. I have to say they are the consummate Professionals. Their product knowledge, understanding and compassion in how they dealt with every question and concern I had. Made Me feel that the whole experience was carried out in a Fantastic manner. Dealing with Dave on the phone was made so easy with His caring and considerate Manner. He is a Great Man. Shame I didn’t get to meet Him on the moving in day. To thank Him in Person. Dean was excellent also , maintaining strict , but sensibly carried out Covid-19 checks and restrictions. Then talking Me through the whole process was extremely reassuring. Potentially an emotive event was made so much easier by these Two Totally Professional Gentlemen. An absolute credit to Storage Giants. Without hesitation I will highly recommend this company and the service of these two Stalwarts Thank You again Dave and Dean.
