Oh my goodness!! I love birds but I have never sat in a hide and watched them be fed. Pete and Roz have been feeding the red Kite for 21 years I think I heard him say it may have been 31. There is a nominal fee to go in and sit or stand to watch this spectacle. We were taking photos and in one that my husband took there were around 50 birds waiting for their dinner. It's only about 25 minutes but so worth it.

This is a must for anyone hoping to get close up views of red kites! The only downside is that there are no customer facilities on site. We were told that because of Covid regulations the portable loo had to be removed. This is perfectly understandable and in no way detracted from the experience.

It was brilliant. Beautiful birds and amazing to see them feeding up close. Very friendly people who made us feel welcome and very safe in the bird Hide. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Very well organised and owners extremely knowledgeable. This is definitely an experience to put on your bucket list. The birds are beautiful and the opportunity to take photos (with a half decent lens) is unmissable. Our visit was on the day before lockdown but can't wait to visit again.

Really enjoyed seeing these beautiful birds up close. I need a better camera though
