I too ordered some beer on 15th December and have heard nothing since. I have tried various ways to contact them but with no response. Alarm bells are starting to ring with me about the state of this company.
Like a previous reviewer, I placed an order at the beginning of December and nothing has arrived. Impossible to get hold of on the phone and no replies to emails. Disgraceful.
