Can't recommend this company enough, dealt with Jessica to organise the sale and delivery of the machine, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, laser was delivered by David who was amazingly informative and helpful, managed to get the 9060 machine up a winding set of stairs and into position and everything was setup within about an hour, very satisfied customer! bring on the 1080 next!

Brilliant service, always up on their toes to help out customers, quite pleased with decent machine with 1 year UK warranty. RDL6040 has been my workhorse for past 10 months, heavy duty usage for 4-5 hours daily, no problems faced so far. Regular maintenance and cleaning goes a long way!
RDL came and mended my 6040 this morning.... I must say that the service and communication is second to none... BRILLIANT
Purchased a 9060 laser and went with a warped bed for over 6 months as they "forgot" about it, laser diode breaks regularly and the quality is standard chinese. Purchased a CW5200 which turned out to be a fake, despite proof RDL are disputing this fact.
Can not fault the laser or the levels of service I have received from Red Dragon Laser. Would highly recommend them.
Bought a laser last year, ever since we have had problem after problem - starting with an uneven bed to a chiller that was defective and leaked water all over the floor. A chiller, by the way, that is indeed a fake and was sold to us as a genuine model. After letting Red Dragon Laser know that the chiller was indeed a fake (having proof to back us up), we have been denied our money back, it hasn't been fixed either and with hundreds of orders to make we have had to buy a new (NOT FAKE) chiller. In my opinion I would avoid Red Dragon Laser like the plague.
