Excellent friendly and very helpful. The receptionist is so happy and full of joy i feel better after speaking to her on the phone. The delivery is excellent. They are now going to take my prescriptions and order them in time for delivery next month. Without any doubt they take out all the hassle from ordering to deliver me. IT'S FREE

The long time staff their are really nice, friendly and courteous. I can't say the same for the way I was spoken to by the stand in pharmacist they had in Aryen Kelly (27 yr old). I was immediately made to feel judged and treated like that was the first time I had ever entered the pharmacy although that was my local and been going their for years. I was upset and distressed about the way I was being spoken to, treated, I felt pushed to one side. In that distressed, upset and anxious state I leave with a pack with 3 scripts (about 12). I get a call and she calls to inform me I hadn't paid and that she would immediately call the police if I don't return in which I do and hand back the script and leave and never want to go back. My fault to have walked out without paying but returned it as soon as I was made aware what had happened. The treatment from this young woman has put me off going back to the pharmacy ever, I felt anxious, distressed, disregarded, ignored and fobbed off. I am wondering also whether it is because of the way I look (ethnicity) I may have been treated the way I was as they would not look at me while they were speaking to me.
